The National Reading Champions Quiz is an exciting national event run by the National Literacy Trust that gives students the chance to showcase their reading knowledge in a fun and competitive environment.

Open to pupils in Years 7 and 8 across the UK, the quiz is designed to celebrate enthusiastic young readers and promote a lifelong love of books. Teams of four from participating schools will tackle a wide range of book-themed questions, encouraging teamwork, comprehension, and reading for pleasure. With regional online heats and an in-person grand final in London, this quiz is a fantastic opportunity for students to represent their school on a national stage.
