All Duncan wants to do is colour in, but when he opens his crayon box he finds nothing but letters, every one delivering the same verdict: We quit! Beige is fed up with playing second fiddle to Brown, Blue is exhausted from colouring in all that water, and Pink is desperate simply to be used. Green, at least, has no complaints, but Orange and Yellow have stopped speaking to each other entirely. With battle lines drawn across the crayon box, what on earth is Duncan meant to do? Debut author Drew Daywalt teams up with international bestseller Oliver Jeffers to deliver a playful, imaginative solution to this colourful crisis – a story guaranteed to have children laughing and reaching for their own crayons in a whole new way. The Number One New York Times Bestseller, and included in BookTrust’s 100 Best Books for Children.
