Do you sell Shakespeare plays?
Yes! We sell Shakespeare of all kinds. We sell the hugely popular Cambridge School Shakespeare and Oxford School Shakespeare school editions of the most popular plays including Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet. We also sell other less known but popular editions including No Fear Shakespeare and Royal Shakespeare Company. As with all our school orders we discount our Shakespeare resources for schools and have addition bulk discounts in place for class sets.
What are good books to read in Key Stage 2?
What you choose as your class reads for Key Stage 2 may depend on how your curriculum is structured or what other learning you are doing. For example there are loads of great fiction books for Key Stage 2 set during historical periods that might be part of your learning. Equally, you may use your class reads as a chance to introduce students to PSHE or diversity themes and there are so many great choices that fit this requirement. Some schools are branching into verse novels for some of their class reads which introduce students to a different style of reading than they may be used to. If you need help deciding what might suit your particular cohort our showroom team have great experience with reading spines and can help you find new and exciting books for Key Stage 2.
Can I buy dictionaries from you?
Yes! We specialise in supplying school English departments with all the resources they need including dictionaries. We sell everything from picture dictionaries for Early Years all the way up to adult dictionaries perfect for students studying A Level English. We have great connections with big dictionary publishers like Collins and Oxford University Press and will be able to offer you great bulk discounts on all your dictionary needs.
Can I buy all the books my English Department needs from you?
Yes! We sell textbooks to schools for every UK exam board including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC & Eduqas and CCEA. We also sell resources to suit International Curricula including the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme and Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) for iGCSE and International A Level qualifications. As well as study resources we sell dictionaries, Shakespeare and English Language resources. How much can my school save on English department resources?
We supply English department books to schools with a discount on RRP all year round. Our goal is always to offer schools competitive discounts consistently rather than very short-term opportunities to save. Whether you need Shakespeare for GCSE, Dictionaries for KS3 or York Notes for A Level don’t miss our bulk discounts for schools. During our Summer promotion schools can find discounts up to 35% on textbooks and up to 50% on library fiction.
Can I buy English Department and other departments’ textbooks at the same time?
Yes! We have vast experience suppling schools with multi-department back to school orders. You can either place your separate departmental orders to us via our website or contact us for personalised and separate quotes for each department. Once ordered we can organise how and when you want your order to arrive. Each order will be packed by department and can be dispatched to suit the time you’d like your books to arrive.
How do I order set texts for my school?
You can choose the process you prefer. Our website carries several thousand fiction titles and has a specific set text category. You will also find a huge selection of class read fiction in our Summer Promotion sorted by Key Stage. Simply add what you require to your basket and place an order online. The website shows the discounts schools receive show on each, including our extra discount for bulk ordering, and these will be reflected in the confirmation you receive when you place your order. Alternatively, you can contact us directly for a personalised quote. Send us a list of the titles you require and how many and we will email you an itemised quote which details what you save on each title. If you are considering new titles for you set text read we are more than happy to offer suggestions based on what you would like in the books your students read.
Can I get my textbooks, dictionaries and class read novels jacketed?
Yes! We can put plastic jackets on your books before we dispatch them so they will arrive ready to be used in class. You can see our servicing information here.
